Job summary

CMS - Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for Social Housing Repairs Contracts in Liverpool and the Midlands. You will manage a team of electricians and trainees, train new staff, and provide technical support to experienced electricians while maintaining strong client relationships on a daily basis.

You will also coordinate with NICEIC to ensure ongoing compliance with their rules and enrolment requirements. Interviews and start ASAP are anticipated.

Qualifications

• 18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent as required qualifications.
• Current testing qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and supervise a team of electricians and trainees.
• Technically support experienced electricians on site.
• Maintain regular relationship with the client and the team.
• Liaise with NICEIC to ensure compliance with enrolment rules.

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment.

Qualifications Required

18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, a current testing qualification.
