Job summary

CMS - Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for Social Housing Repairs Contracts covering Kent and Sussex. You will lead a team of electricians and trainees, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery for ongoing repairs and upgrades.

You will train new staff, provide technical support to the team, and maintain strong client relationships on a day-to-day basis, including liaison with NICEIC to ensure compliance.

This large housing maintenance specialist is looking for an experienced electrical supervisor with recent previous experience in a similar role, to manage a team of electricians and trainees. The main responsibilities will be to train new staff, technically support the experienced electricians and relationship building with the team and client on an on-going daily basis. You will also be required to have regular communication with the NICEIC to ensure the company complies with all their respective rules for continued enrolment.

Qualifications Required

• 18th edition, Level 3 or equivalent, a current testing qualification.
