Job summary

Peel Ports Group seeks an Electrical Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled maintenance team at the Port of Liverpool. You will oversee safe and efficient operation, manage maintenance, compliance, installation and commissioning of new equipment, and collaborate with contractors and stakeholders in a high-capital port environment.

You will prioritize safety, uphold PUWER, PSSR, COSHH, LOLER and DSEAR requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Lead multi-functional and multi-skilled teams in a heavy industrial environment.
• Knowledge of DSEAR, PUWER, LOLER and COSHH regulations and risk assessments.
• Experience producing Root Cause Analysis and problem solving documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Mechanical Engineering alongside electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-skilled maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Deliver maintenance, statutory compliance, installation and commissioning of new equipment with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with PUWER, PSSR, COSHH, LOLER and DSEAR policies.
