Balmoral Comtec Limited in Aberdeen is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance across production operations. You will supervise maintenance personnel, plan workloads, and ensure reliability and safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage permits to work, drive continuous improvement, and support Lean manufacturing initiatives. A recognised electrical apprenticeship, 18th Edition, and three years’ supervisory experience are required, with

• Completed recognised electrical apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Time-served Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum three years' supervisory experience.
• Proven experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong health and safety background.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Desirable: HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in an electrical maintenance supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Experience training or mentoring electrical engineering apprentices.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or Supervisory Management qualification.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Plant Maintenance Manager and provide operational updates and plant serviceability reporting when required.
