Job summary

Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is assisting a large manufacturing group near Merton to recruit a Maintenance Manager. The role oversees maintenance activities, CAPEX projects and hands-on electrical/mechanical support across a heavy industry plant.

You will lead a small team and external contractors, optimise the CMMS, control budgets, plan maintenance and ensure HSE compliance. A recognised electrical engineering qualification and IOSH/NEBOSH training are desirable, with PLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experienced electrical maintenance supervisor/manager in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience leading a small team and external contractors.
• Qualified in electrical engineering with PLC knowledge and IOSH/NEBOSH training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the CMMS system.
• Lead a small team of maintenance engineers and external contractors.
• Plan, manage and control maintenance activities and engineering projects.
