Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an Euston-based role on the tenants side of a high-profile client’s site. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance across lighting, control panels, BMS monitoring, and basic plumbing within a commercial building environment.

The role requires electrical qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) with 18th Edition desirable, and a track record in building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Levels 2 and 3.
• Good understanding of electrical building services maintenance.
• Experience with commercial building maintenance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive building maintenance.
• Lighting: installation, fault-finding, and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and lamp replacement.
• Control panels maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Change ballast and monitoring of BMS system.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks like unblocking toilets.
• Inspect pumps and motors.

Electrical Engineer - Tenants & Landlord - FM Service Provider - Euston - Up to £47,000 - No Callout

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Eustonhas arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Euston, to be based tenants side for a high-profile client.He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance.In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8am to 5pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
