Pioneer-Selection-Ltd invites applications for a Maintenance Engineer – Multi-Skilled in Leicester. You will maintain, repair and support the manufacturing line, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operation of equipment.

The role includes active participation in continuous improvement projects and working within a heavy industrial setting. The position requires a strong electrical background, PLC fault-finding skills and experience with 3-phase electrics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias and relevant electrical qualification.
• Experience in 3-phase electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• PLC fault-finding experience.
• Willing to work Earlies, Lates & Nights (1 week Nights every 5 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and breakdown support to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects in a heavy industrial environment.
• Collaborate with engineering team in a state-of-the-art facility.
