Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Haverfordwest. You will handle electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns and perform planned maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLCs and an engineering qualification. A collaborative, safety-conscious culture and opportunities for training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems on site.
• Respond to breakdowns and fix faults quickly.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
