Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Leicester with a strong electrical bias to join a heavy industrial manufacturing operation. You will maintain, repair and ensure the continuous running of manufacturing equipment within a team of engineers.

The role involves working on 3-phase electrics, hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC fault-finding, and contributing to continuous improvement. Shift pattern includes early, late and nights with one week of nights every five weeks.

Qualifications

• Non-Negotiable: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
• Must hold some form of Electrical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
