Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Bicester is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance across heavy production machinery and plant equipment.

You'll fault-find on control panels, motors, sensors, drives, contactors and PLC systems, support machinery installations and electrical upgrades, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the site.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience.
• Electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Engineering qualification.
• Health & Safety conscious with a proactive approach.
• Experience working within a production environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across heavy production machinery and plant equipment.
• Fault finding on control panels, motors, sensors, drives, contactors, relays and PLC-controlled systems.
• Support machinery installations, electrical upgrades, continuous improvement work and wider engineering projects across the site.
• Work as part of the site engineering team.
