Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd invites applications for a Maintenance Engineer – Multi-Skilled in Leicester. You will maintain, repair and support the manufacturing line, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operation of equipment.

The role includes active participation in continuous improvement projects and working within a heavy industrial setting. The position requires a strong electrical background, PLC fault-finding skills and experience with 3-phase electrics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias and relevant electrical qualification.
• Experience in 3-phase electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• PLC fault-finding experience.
• Willing to work Earlies, Lates & Nights (1 week Nights every 5 weeks).

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Multi-Skilled

Location: Leicester

Salary: Basic up to £48,000 plus Benefits

Shift: Earlies, Lates and Nights – 5 week Rotating

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer

• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
• Hold some form of Electrical qualification.

Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer

• Ideally worked within a manufacturing environment previously.
• Worked to 3-Phase Electrics as well as sound hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and experience.
• PLC Fault-Finding experience.
• Be a self-starter as well as a team player.
• Be willing to work a Earlies, Lates & Nights shift pattern. You will only do 1 week of Night Shift every 5 weeks.
