Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Bury, Greater Manchester, working in a fully automated, fast-paced factory environment.

You will perform electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency. This role demands hands-on expertise and a proactive approach to reliability.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: Level 3 Electrical qualification or higher.
• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience required.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Experience with PLCs (inputs/outputs) in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Perform fault-finding and preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and machinery reliability.
