Job summary

CBW is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support a commercial retail site in Woking. The role is electrically biased with City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th edition, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across AHU, chillers, pumps, water treatment, and BMS/UPS monitoring.

The position is a temporary ongoing assignment with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, starting ASAP. You must provide trade certificates and be willing to undergo a DBS check if required.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3 and 18th edition.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• DBS check required or willing to obtain one.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client-facing and available to start quickly.

Responsibilities

• Air Conditioning - AHU/Fan Coil maintenance and cleaning.
• Chillers - reset and basic servicing.
• Plumbing - unblock toilets as needed.
• Pumps and motors maintenance and monitoring.
• Water treatment processes maintenance.
• BMS system monitoring and UPS readings.

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Woking, Surrey. CBW is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Commercial Retail Environment. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance to the following :

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Reset
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Hours of work / Rate / contract details

• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• Starting ASAP
• Temporary Ongoing

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3, 18th edition
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
