Job summary

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in central Manchester. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on a multi-story office block, with a bias towards electrical work.

The successful candidate will operate as a lone worker on site, carrying out electrical and some mechanical tasks, and must be comfortable with on-site compliance tasks such as water testing and alarm testing.

• Strong Electrical Maintenance Experience.
• Based in a commutable distance into central Manchester
• Happy to be a lone worker on site, but with support from the mobile team
• Very client focused
• Able to deal with on site compliance such as water testing, alarm testing etc
• Ability to complete ahu maintenance

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Central Manchester

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in the centre of Manchester

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within a multi story office block based in central Manchester.

The right person for this position will already have a strong electrical background, with experience in dealing with commercial building services maintenance

They will be a lone worker on site dealing with all of the on site maintenance which will include mechanical as well as electrical, however the position is more electrical bias.

Requirements

Package

• Basic based on 8am until 5pm on site (potential for a little flexibility)
