Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in central Manchester. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance in a multi-story office block, with a bias toward electrical systems while handling some mechanical tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background and maintenance experience.
• Based in commutable distance into central Manchester.
• Willing to work as a lone on-site engineer with mobile team support if needed.
• Experience with on-site compliance tasks (water testing, alarm testing).
• Maintenance of AHU systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance on a multi-story office block.
• Work as a lone engineer on site with limited on-site supervision.
• Electrical bias with some mechanical tasks as required.

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in the centre of Manchester

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within a multi story office block based in central Manchester.

The right person for this position will already have a strong electrical background, with experience in dealing with commercial building services maintenance

They will be a lone worker on site dealing with all of the on site maintenance which will include mechanical as well as electrical, however the position is more electrical bias.

Requirements

• Strong Electrical Maintenance Experience
• Based in a commutable distance into central Manchester
• Happy to be a lone worker on site, but with support from the mobile team
• Very client focused
• Able to deal with on site compliance such as water testing, alarm testing etc
• Ability to complete ahu maintenance

Package

• Basic based on 8am until 5pm on site (potential for a little flexibility)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• There is no on call for this engineer, however they can be put on the on call rota if they want to
