Job summary

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in central Manchester. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on a multi-story office block, with a bias towards electrical work.

The successful candidate will operate as a lone worker on site, carrying out electrical and some mechanical tasks, and must be comfortable with on-site compliance tasks such as water testing and alarm testing.

Qualifications

• Strong Electrical Maintenance Experience.
• Based in a commutable distance into central Manchester
• Happy to be a lone worker on site, but with support from the mobile team
• Very client focused
• Able to deal with on site compliance such as water testing, alarm testing etc
• Ability to complete ahu maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a multi-story office building.
• Work as a lone worker on site with support from the mobile team.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on site as required.
