Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced multi-skilled maintenance electrician to support a large commercial site in the City of London.

The role involves routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, generators, air conditioning units, BMS lighting, sprinklers, VRVs and plant rooms on a static site. Applicants should have Level 3 electrical qualifications and 17th/18th edition, with a history in building services maintenance.

Qualifications

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship.
• 17th/18th edition.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Maintain generators and air conditioning units.
• Manage BMS lighting systems, sprinkler systems, VRVs and plant rooms.
• Reactive maintenance of site electrical infrastructure.

Company Overview:

My client are looking to take on experienced multi skilled maintenance electrician to work on a large commercial site in the City.

Salary £45,000 + OT

Static Site - Commercial building in the City of London

Monday - Friday (Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend)
