Job description

Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician | Bedfordshire & Surrounding Areas | £42,000 + Employment Package | Permanent, PAYE.

We are actively recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a full time, permanent basis, carrying out planned (ppm) and reactive maintenance / remedial works within commercial environments across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas within a 60-90 minute radius.

As the mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will attend 1-2 sites per day, complete necessary PPMs and remedial works in-line with the company CAFM system, ensure jobs are logged correctly, job notes are updated and a detailed remedial report is provided. Duties / Equipment may include; electrical fault finding, wiring, cabling, sockets, circuits, emergency lighting, decorative lighting, interior / exterior security lighting, lamps, ballasts, floor boxes, low voltage switching, transformers, power distribution, electrical components within HVAC / building services equipment. 1st line faults and PPMs to HVAC / building services equipment such as lubrication, coil cleans and filter changes to AHUs, FCUs, Splits, Multi Splits etc.
