CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a pharmaceutical environment in Cambridge. You will perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, with a focus on building services and compliance.

The role requires multi-skilled ability, good communication, and client-facing reliability. Salary up to £45,000, with overtime, training, and progression opportunities. Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, in a specialist facilities team.

Formación

• Electrically or mechanically qualified with relevant City & Guilds Certificates.
• Experience in commercial/building maintenance and PPMs.
• Proven track record in electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and update log books for critical plant equipment.
• Assist with lighting, emergency lighting tests, and control panels.
• Support BMS monitoring and basic plumbing tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and现场 teams.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Pharmaceutical Environment - FM Service Provider - Cambridge - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Cambridge has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Pharmaceutical Environment located right by Cambridge. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

Requirements

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
