Job summary

Parkinson Gray Associates is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join as Associate, Associate Director or Director, overseeing the North's Electrical discipline across multiple sectors. Location options include Manchester or Leeds with hybrid working.

This is a strategic leadership role combining technical excellence, team development and client engagement. You will lead an established team, shape project delivery, contribute to business growth, and work with international design teams on

Qualifications

• Experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer with consultancy background.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary projects and technical teams.
• Strong electrical building services design expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical discipline across a varied portfolio of multidisciplinary Building Services projects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee delivery of high-quality electrical design from concept to completion.
• Manage, mentor and develop an established Electrical engineering team across the North.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the UK and international design teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support work-winning activities and help secure new opportunities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high technical standards.
