As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join the business at Associate, Associate Director or Director level.

What You'll Do:

Who You Are:

• An experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer with a strong consultancy background.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and managing technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise across Electrical Building Services design.
• Commercially aware with experience developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
• A confident leader who enjoys mentoring and developing engineers.
• Experienced across a range of private sector projects, including: Commercial, Residential, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-Living, Hotels, Leisure and Higher Education
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards Chartership) would be advantageous.
