Job summary

The role blends internal resource planning with new business development, emphasising sustainability, compliance with UK standards, and profitable delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering is required.
• Significant experience in Building Services Consultancy.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary MEP design teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience winning new work and growing client accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance, and sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary MEP design team to deliver projects.
• Oversee design delivery from concept through to completion with compliance to regs and standards.
• Drive business development, client accounts and networking to generate new opportunities.
• Manage project profitability, fee proposals and resource planning to ensure financial success.
• Provide strategic oversight and maintain high client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
