Job summary

Pertemps seeks a Lecturer and Programme Lead in Electrical Installation at our Sunderland campus. You will deliver practical training and develop learners' skills, guiding them toward employment or further study while leveraging your industry experience.

Experience mentoring apprentices and training colleagues is valued. A Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required; Level 2 Maths and English; and a commitment to supporting young people.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation is required.
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are required.
• Interest in working with young people and supporting their development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and education to electrical installation students.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of the electrical installation programme.
• Mentor and support apprentices and less experienced staff.
