Job summary

Oldham College in Greater Manchester is seeking an industry‑experienced Programme Tutor in Electrical Installations to deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment to students across a range of programmes.

You will support learners to develop the skills and knowledge needed to achieve qualifications and progress into further study or employment, working with a collaborative curriculum team to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting teaching, learning and assessment in education or training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teaching, learning and assessment that supports student achievement and progression.
• Plan and deliver inclusive lessons meeting diverse learner needs.
• Monitor learner attendance, progress and achievement with appropriate actions.
• Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
• Follow policies including safeguarding and equality commitments.
