Job summary

The Supply Register (on behalf of New College Durham) seeks an Electrical Installation Lecturer in Durham to deliver engaging lessons and guide learners in practical and theoretical aspects of electrical installation.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in Further Education or apprenticeship delivery is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain; safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation lessons across a range of levels.
• Support learners with practical workshops and assessments.
• Prepare students for apprenticeships and industry placements.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
