Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer in Scunthorpe to deliver Levels 1–3, combining practical workshops with theory for 16–18 learners and some adults. The role offers full teacher training, strong progression options, and an attractive benefits package.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification with industry experience; 18th Edition / Inspection & Testing desirable.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification is required.
• Experience in the Electrical Installation industry.
• 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation across Levels 1, 2 and 3.
• Teach practical workshop sessions and classroom theory.
• Work mainly with 16-18 learners and some adults.
• Average group size around 16 learners and ~23 hours teaching per week.
• Support learners with technical knowledge and progression.
• Full teacher training via Trade to Teach path and ongoing CPD.
