Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
- Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of Electrical Installation programmes and industry practices.
- Ability to deliver engaging learning experiences and motivate students to achieve their potential.
- Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, with strong communication and team-working skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across Electrical Installation programmes.
- Act as a Programme Tutor, providing academic and pastoral support to a designated caseload of students.
- Monitor student progress, attendance and achievement, maintaining accurate records and assessment information.
- Develop innovative and engaging learning experiences using a range of teaching methodologies and learning technologies.
- Embed English and Maths within vocational learning to support student success.
- Build and maintain strong links with industry partners to enhance curriculum delivery and progression opportunities.
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement activities and student recruitment events including Open Days and information sessions.
- Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment that supports student achievement and wellbeing.
