Job summary
DN Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our Engineering team in Doncaster. You will plan, deliver, and assess learning across further education, T-Level, and apprenticeship programmes.
The role requires a Level 3+ professional qualification, Level 2 literacy/numeracy, a Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards, plus substantial electrical installation experience.

- Professional qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant area.
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy required.
- Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards within an agreed timescale.
- Substantial industrial experience in electrical installation or related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to motivate learners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Electrical Installation programmes.
- Develop curriculum materials and contribute to course leadership and quality assurance.
- Support learners through guidance, mentoring, and progress tracking.
- Assist with student recruitment and meet enrolment targets.
- Participate in departmental development, staff appraisal, and CPD.

- Relevant professional technical qualification at Level 3 or above
