Job summary

Mott MacDonald is recruiting Electrical Engineers (Senior/Principal) to join our Energy unit. You will deliver technical solutions and lead electrical designs for 11kV/33kV networks and renewable connections, from inception to commissioning, working with a multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to bids, and develop junior staff while travelling within the UK and overseas as required.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer or professionally qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven skills and experience in the sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to coordinate across multi disciplines internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical designs for major electrical and multi-disciplinary infrastructure works.
• Lead project planning, delivery, and execution to high standards.
• Support junior staff and graduates in development.
• Contribute to bids and proposals and internal governance.
