Job summary

Mott MacDonald is recruiting Electrical Engineers (Senior/Principal) to join the Energy Unit's Transmission & Distribution division. You will support projects from inception to commissioning, delivering designs for 11kV/33kV networks and renewable connections.

Ideal candidates are Chartered engineers with proven experience in electrical project engineering, able to travel in the UK and overseas and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Proven skills and experience in electrical project engineering and large-scale infra.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare specifications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design activities for major infra projects (LV to 33kV).
• Provide technical leadership and bid/proposal contributions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
