Overview

Job Overview Manage a team of design engineers and technical specialists, providing electrical design services (LV-132kV) for Major Projects and Customer Networks. Ensure smooth design approval and construction processes, communicate with stakeholders, and assist with audits. Support business development, tendering, and construction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design teams, monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Report progress, guide customers through the design process, and ensure compliance.
• Foster continuous improvement, oversee team training, and attend meetings.
• Secure technical quotes and manage relationships with clients and network operators.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Level 4 (HNC) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical design standards and procedures (LV-132kV).
• Experience managing a team of at least 4 people.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to motivate staff.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and managing stakeholder relationships.
