Job summary

Edinburgh-based building services consultancy seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to deliver electrical building services designs from concept through to completion. You will design power, lighting, small power, emergency lighting and related systems, and produce calculations, specs, drawings and reports.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, innovative low-carbon design thinking, and active participation in client meetings to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Knowledge of UK standards and regulations.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical building services designs from concept through to completion.
• Design power, lighting, small power, emergency lighting and associated systems.
