Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a highly experienced Technical Officer to lead building construction design and maintenance across a diverse property portfolio. You will manage projects, provide technical input for planning, and ensure compliance with current legislation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven background in electrical building services engineering.
• Experience with maintenance, inspection, testing and statutory compliance of electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical information to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
