Job summary

• A strong background in mechanical building services engineering with maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Experience delivering design, specification and project management for building projects.
• Ability to interpret technical information and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead building construction design and maintenance for designated projects.
• Deliver technical input and project status information for elected members.
• Project manage feasibility studies and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Promote best practice in building construction and maintenance.
• Carry out CDM-advisor duties and ensure safety and legal compliance.
