Qualifications

• Extensive background in electrical building services engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead on design, specification and project management of building construction and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor and report on planned maintenance programmes; oversee statutory servicing contracts.
• Provide technical advice to ensure compliance with legislation and standards; manage day-to-day maintenance activities.
