Are you an aspiring or experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for development, training, and long-term career progression? A leading food manufacturing company in Luton is seeking a motivated engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing and packaging machinery.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults, including work involving PLC systems.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
  • Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities to maintain operational efficiency.
About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing environment and be electrically biased, holding a recognised qualification in electrical or multi-skilled engineering, along with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.

  • BTEC/ONC in Electrical or Multi-skilled Engineering.
  • City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 Electro-Technical certification with NVQ Level 3 Electrical Maintenance.
