Job summary

Talentia Group Integration is seeking an experienced Electrical Apprenticeships Programme Manager in Berkshire to lead the electrical apprenticeship provision, ensuring high-quality delivery to learners and employer partners. You will manage a team, plan curriculum, coach apprentices, monitor performance, and act as the primary contact for employers and key stakeholders.

The role requires an Electrical Installation/Maintenance qualification, 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S, an assessor qualification,

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (5357 or equivalent).
• 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S.
• Assessor qualification (A1/TAQA/CAVA).
• Teaching Qualification Level 5 or willingness to work towards it.
• Proven experience in quality training with awarding bodies and IQA/EQA.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management for the electrical apprenticeship team.
• Train and coach apprentices to meet key skills, knowledge and behaviours; monitor performance and intervene early for at-risk learners.
• Act as the main point of contact for employers, apprentices and key stakeholders.
• Lead curriculum planning, IQA/EQA processes, SARs and QIPs.
• Drive KPI targets across learner retention, achievement and EPA preparation.
