Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join the Apprenticeships Department at our Slough & Langley campus on a full-time permanent basis. The role reports to the Apprenticeships leadership team and involves managing the electrical apprenticeship provision to ensure alignment with industry standards and EPA readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee and elevate Electrical Apprenticeship provision across the Slough & Langley campus
• Lead a dedicated delivery team and maintain employer and stakeholder relationships
• Coach, train and assess a caseload of apprentices toward End-Point Assessment (EPA/AM2S)
