Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead at our Slough & Langley campus on a full-time permanent basis. You will oversee the Electrical Apprenticeship provision, lead a delivery team, and ensure the learner journey meets industry EPA standards.

You will train, coach and assess apprentices, build strong employer relationships and align curriculum with current standards to prepare learners for End-Point Assessments.

Qualifications

• Experienced electrical specialist with leadership capability.
• Proven ability to train, coach and assess apprentices.
• Ability to manage the full learner journey and EPA readiness.

Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of the Electrical apprenticeship provision.
• Lead a delivery team and maintain employer/stakeholder relationships.
• Directly train, coach and assess a caseload of apprentices for EPA.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards.
