Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join our Apprenticeships Department at Slough & Langley campus on a full-time permanent basis. The role oversees the Electrical Apprenticeship provision and leads a delivery team to ensure alignment with industry standards.

You will train, coach and assess a caseload of apprentices through the learner journey, preparing them for End-Point Assessment (EPA/AM2S) while maintaining strong employer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical apprenticeship provision is essential.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with employers.
• Ability to train, coach and assess apprentices.
• Operational ownership of learner journey.
