Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead at the Slough & Langley College campus. This permanent, full-time role leads the Apprenticeships Department, oversees delivery, and drives quality improvements across the learner journey.

You will directly train and assess apprentices, manage IQA/EQA processes, monitor retention and achievement, and liaise with employers to ensure curriculum relevance and EPA readiness.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualifications in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
• 18th Edition certification.
• AM2/AM2S.
• Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications or willingness to work towards them.

Responsibilities

• Lead EQA visits and IQA processes.
• Manage and develop the Electrical Apprenticeship provision across the learner journey.
• Coach, assess and train apprentices to readiness for EPA/AM2S.
• Act as primary contact for local and national employers.
