Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a full-time Electrical Technical Tutor to join the Slough & Langley College team in the Apprenticeships department. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering high quality training, skills coaching and mentoring to progress toward their End Point Assessment Gateway.

The role requires industry qualifications including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S, a recognised teaching qualification (CET/DET/DTLLS) and an Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to apprentices and assessing progress.
• Ability to plan, deliver and review off-the-job training activities.
• Experience working with employers to support apprenticeship outcomes.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of electrical apprentices.
• Deliver high quality training and mentoring to support completion towards End Point Assessment Gateway.
• Track progress and monitor off-the-job training for each learner.
• Collaborate with employers and internal teams to ensure a first-class apprenticeship experience.
