Job summary
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join the Apprenticeships Department at our Slough & Langley College campus. This permanent, full-time role focuses on shaping and delivering the electrical apprenticeship provision across learners.
You will lead the delivery team, oversee curriculum planning, undertake EQA/IQA responsibilities, track progress, and drive improvement to ensure learners are ready for End Point Assessment while engaging with
Qualifications
- Relevant vocational qualifications in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
- 18th Edition certification, AM2 / AM2S
- Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications or willingness to work towards them
Responsibilities
- Lead EQA visits and manage IQA processes
- Track retention and achievement targets and drive quality improvement through self-assessment reviews
- Train, coach and assess a caseload of apprentices against industry standards
- Act as primary contact for local and national employers to ensure curriculum stays responsive to sector needs
