Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Technical Tutor to join the Slough & Langley College team in the Apprenticeships department. The role involves managing a caseload of apprentices, delivering high quality training, coaching and mentoring to ensure successful progression toward the End Point Assessment Gateway.

You will support apprentices, employers and internal teams to track progress, monitor off-the-job training and deliver an excellent apprenticeship experience.

Qualifications

• Applicants should hold 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S qualifications.
• A recognised teaching qualification (CET, DET, or DTLLS) is required.
• An Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering high quality training, skills coaching and mentoring to ensure successful completion towards End Point Assessment Gateway.
• Work closely with apprentices, employers and internal support teams to track progress, monitor off-the-job training and deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience.
