Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a full-time Electrical Technical Tutor to lead apprentices at Slough & Langley College. You will deliver high-quality training, monitor progress and support learners through End Point Assessment Gateway.

The role collaborates with employers and internal teams to ensure outstanding apprenticeship experiences. The ideal candidate brings 18th Edition/AM2/AM2S, a recognised teaching qualification (CET/DET/DTLLS) and an Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Relevant industry qualifications (including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S).
• Recognised teaching qualification (CET/DET/DTLLS).
• Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and deliver high quality training, skills coaching and mentoring to ensure progress toward End Point Assessment Gateway.
• Work closely with apprentices, employers and support teams to track progress and off-the-job training.
• Contribute to safeguarding processes and uphold the welfare of learners.
