The role combines leadership of a delivery team with hands-on coaching, training and assessment of apprentices, ensuring readiness for End Point Assessment.

• Relevant vocational qualifications in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
• 18th Edition certification.
• AM2 / AM2S.
• Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications or willingness to work towards them.

Responsibilities

• Operational ownership of the Electrical apprenticeship provision throughout the learner journey.
• Lead EQA visits and manage IQA processes.
• Track retention and achievement targets and drive quality improvement via self-assessment.
• Direct training, coaching and assessment of apprentices against industry standards.
• Identify at-risk learners early and implement effective support strategies.
• Ensure readiness for End Point Assessment (EPA/AM2S).
• Act as primary contact for local and national employers to keep curriculum aligned with sector needs.
