Job summary
The Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is seeking a Programme Lead to own the Electrical apprenticeship provision, responsible for the end-to-end learner journey and line management of the delivery team. You will oversee curriculum planning, EQA visits, IQA processes and drive quality improvement to ensure readiness for EPA/AM2S.

Qualifications
- Relevant vocational qualifications in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th Edition certification.
- AM2 / AM2S.
- Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications.
- Willingness to work towards them.
- Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks are required.
- College commitment to safeguarding and welfare of learners.
Responsibilities
- Lead EQA visits and manage IQA processes.
- Track retention and achievement targets.
- Drive quality improvement via self-assessment reviews.
- Train, coach and assess a caseload of apprentices to industry standards.
- Identify at-risk learners and implement effective support strategies.
- Ensure readiness for End Point Assessment (EPA/AM2S).
- Provide strong leadership to the delivery team via line management.
- Lead curriculum planning and standardisation.
- Act as primary contact for local and national employers.
- Keep curriculum responsive to sector needs.
