Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead at Langley College to own the Electrical apprenticeship provision across the learner journey and lead the delivery team. You will manage EQA visits, IQA processes, track retention and achievement, drive quality improvement through self‑assessment, and train, coach and assess apprentices toward EPA/AM2S.

Required: Vocational qualifications in Electrical Installation or Maintenance, 18th Edition, AM2/AM2S, and

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in education settings.
• Curriculum planning and standardisation experience.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and self-assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Electrical apprenticeship provision across the learner journey.
• Lead EQA visits and manage IQA processes.
• Track retention and achievement targets; drive quality improvement via self‑assessment.
