Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead at Langley College to own the Electrical apprenticeship provision across the learner journey and lead the delivery team. You will manage EQA visits, IQA processes, track retention and achievement, drive quality improvement through self‑assessment, and train, coach and assess apprentices toward EPA/AM2S.

Job description

Langley College campus.As Programme Lead, you will take operational ownership of the Electrical apprenticeship provision throughout the entire learner journey. Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships, you will provide strong leadership to your delivery team through regular line management, curriculum planning and standardisation. Your key responsibilities will include leading EQA visits, managing IQA processes, tracking retention and achievement targets and driving quality improvement through regular self assessment reviews.In addition to team leadership, you will directly train, coach and assess a caseload of apprentices against industry standards, identifying at-risk learners early to put effective support strategies in place and ensure their readiness for End Point Assessment (EPA / AM2S). You will also act as the primary point of contact for local and national employers, ensuring our curriculum remains responsive to sector needs.

This permanent role is full time and pays between £45,196 (M38) and £48,286 (M41) on the Support Staff pay scale, dependent on experience and qualifications.
