Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom seeks to provide a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient service to patients.

The post will rotate through areas within the access office to enable cover in all aspects of the service, acting as the named contact point liaising with patients, relatives and carers, medical representatives, GPs, nursing staff and the surgical team to ensure admissions are planned and managed.

Responsabilités

• Provide a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient service to patients.
• Rotate through areas within the access office to cover all aspects of the service.
• Act as the named contact point liaising with patients, relatives and carers, medical representatives, GPs, nursing staff and the surgical team to ensure admissions are planned and managed.
• Plan theatre/procedure lists up to six weeks in advance to meet targets (18-week, diagnostic, cancer, 28-day rescheduling).
• Communicate information and changes relating to elective admissions, theatre lists, kit requirements and anaesthetic input to relevant staff Trustwide.
